What's in a Frame?
Good question :-)
It all came about when I had a quick tidy around my Frame Room because a visitor was arriving in only a few minutes. In the crazy scurry around I thought "Let me just get this frame out of harm's way", which happened to be ON THE WALL.
One thing lead to the next and before I could say "mesh!" my clothes pegs and loose photos launched themselves onto the string to pretend they're on a washing line.
There is nothing wrong with thinking outside the box, or that is what I like to tell myself.
If you have an empty space in the wall and you aren't sure what to do with it, you can always have a bespoke frame made to suit the surroundings in a room or hallway and hang photos inside it.
This is only an example.... you can always add more strings to the back of the frame if you have many photos, because this is no ordinary frame!
I definitely would not recommend it from a conservationist's point of view
BUT
photos on display are better than photos in a drawer or in your laptop.
Please drop me an email and tell me what you think, I look forward to bounce some more ideas around....
